AFTD first engaged Offprem to evaluate their Marketing Cloud Engagement instance in line with best practice. Initially, AFTD staff co-built Journeys alongside Offprem consultants. Today, they are independently building and optimizing their own Journeys, only calling on Offprem for quality assurance when necessary.
