Greg leverages his deep Salesforce expertise to lead Offprem’s day-to-day operations. Prior to Offprem, Greg Purcell was Manager, West Region Services at Salesforce leading a team of over 20 technical consultants across the Marketing Cloud’s most strategic customers. Greg also served as an Implementation Consultant, Technology Architect, and Solution Architect, implementing many of Salesforce’s most complex enterprise customers. Greg was at Salesforce from 2008 until 2016. Prior to Salesforce, Greg was head of Information Technology at Calumet Specialty Products from 2001 to 2008. Greg earned his Bachelor of Science from Purdue University, School of Engineering and Technology in Organizational Leadership and Supervision with a minor in Computer Science. Greg earned his Master of Business Administration from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business. When Greg is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, and two dogs, playing (and watching) soccer, and collecting sports memorabilia.

Bill Grube is a Partner at Offprem. He oversees financial operations and collaborates with Greg on business strategy and the growth and success of Offprem Technology. In addition to his duties at Offprem, Bill Grube is a Co-Owner and Executive Vice President of Monument Chemical. Monument Chemical is a specialty chemical company with operating facilities in the U.S. and Europe. Bill earned a Bachelor of Engineering from Vanderbilt University with a focus on chemical engineering and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Notre Dame.

As Partner, Jessica Purcell leads Employee Wellness and Professional Services Operations. She is committed to promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace, while boosting employee morale. Jessica earned her Bachelor of Science from Indiana University, School of Business, in Business Management and Human Resources Management. Jessica loves to spend time with her family which includes her husband Greg, their two sons, and two dogs.

Austin has a passion for customer success and finding the correct solutions for Offprem customers. With a resume of working for fast growing and dynamic organizations, Austin tirelessly works to grow the Commercial side of Offprem’s business including Financial Services, Health and Life Sciences, High Tech, Public Sector, Tourism and Hospitality, Retail and Consumer Goods, among others. Prior to Austin’s current role, he was a Solution Architect and Solution Engineer at Offprem as well as a Business Analyst for multiple other organizations. His technical expertise coupled with his analytical background helps Austin lead the Commercial business at Offprem. Austin grew up and still currently resides in the Indianapolis area completing his education at Indiana University. In addition to spending time with his daughter, Remi, and Fiance, Mackenzie, Austin enjoys rock climbing, skydiving, and scuba diving.

John leads all Salesforce.org (Education & Nonprofit) sales and business development efforts for Offprem Technology. John has worked with Salesforce.org and education and nonprofit leaders across the country for the last 6 years to inform, inspire and support their vision with Salesforce. Prior to joining the Salesforce ecosystem, John worked as a University Administrator specializing in student affairs, advancement and alumni relations at the University of Michigan and the University of Oregon and later managed an Education Foundation in Indianapolis, Indiana.

John holds a B.A. in History from Oregon State University and an M.A. in Educational Leadership from Eastern Michigan University. He currently lives in Indianapolis with his wife Amber and enjoys travel, historical research and collegiate athletics.

As the leader of Offprem’s Delivery Team, Lauren oversees a team of Technical Solutions Managers, Solution Architects, Technical Architects and Engineers that are dedicated to creating Salesforce solutions that achieve business goals and make customers happy. Lauren has spent her entire career in the clouds – immersed in Salesforce’s products and technology. Prior to joining Offprem, she spent 13 years at Salesforce Marketing Cloud, leading implementations with many of their largest, most complex customers. During her time at Salesforce, she also served in a professional services senior leadership role managing a team of technical consultants.

Lauren earned her Bachelor and Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University. She currently resides in Fishers, Indiana with her husband, Bill and two daughters – Norah and Maggie. In addition to spending time with her family, Lauren enjoys traveling to warm places and watching Cleveland sports.
